Dial this number for

  1. all city service requests
  2. to make suggestions
  3. to inquire about the progress of a request
  4. to get information about city organizations and services

This service will enable you to get information to the proper source and will allow you to track progress on what you have reported.
You can access this same service on-line at Tuscaloosa311.com. You may or may not identify yourself when you access this service; the choice is yours.
